USGS has lowered magnitude from 5.6 to 5.1. Preliminary reports are showing dozens of people being injured. Main affected region is Neishabour. Neishabour is the ancient, scenic Iranian city of Neishabour, northwest Iran - M 4.0 deep earthquake in Romania with epicenter located very close to Gura teghii. It will have faintly felt in Nehoiu and Buzau region of Romania
