-UPDATE 11:40 UTC: All rural residents downstream of Surat on the Balonne River are informed that recent flooding upstream may result in increased river heights downstream of Surat.
-UPDATE 09:02 UTC: All rural residents downstream of Surat on the Condamine/Balonne River are urged to move to higher ground or to neighbours in flood-free areas.
-UPDATE: Charleville, the river height is expected to reach over the top of the levee in the next 12 hours

About 73,000 people will have felt moderate shaking of MMI V. People of San Julian, Dolores, Dapdap, Maypangdan, Sulat and Mantang will have felt moderate shaking of MMI V. Light shaking will have felt in Panalanoy region. It will have weakly felt in Lapu-Lapu City, Mandaue City, Cebu City and Mansilingan.
